Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions
Located in Fort Lauderdale’s Riverwalk Park, the 1905 New River Inn provides a beautiful and unique location for your wedding ceremony and reception. You will enjoy use of the 1905 New River Inn’s Lucy Bryan Room and the front and back lawn.

The 1905 New River Inn was the first property in Broward County to be listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and it is Broward’s oldest remaining hotel building. The hotel, which operated until 1955, featured 24 guest rooms, a dining room, sewer and irrigation systems, running ice water and was lit with carbide lamps. Guided tours are available for your guests of the History Center’s 1905 New River Inn, 1907 King-Cromartie House and the 1899 Replica School House (must be scheduled in advance).

Discounted rates are available for events scheduled June 1 through August 31.
