Fort Lauderdale History Center Provides

Use of property for photography
Standard lighting and electrical needs
2 hours for catering set up and 1 hour for clean up

All rentals include the use of the
1905 New River Inn’s

Lucy Bryan Room—accommodates up to 50 seated guests or 125 standing guests
1st Floor Veranda
Front Lawn—accommodates up to 200 guests
Back Lawn—accommodates up to 200 guests

Ceremony included if desired (at no additional charge)
