The Fort Lauderdale Historical Society (FLHS), in collaboration with the Broward Historical Commission, will debut its new exhibit, Cast Your Ballot: Elections in Broward County at a special exhibit opening reception on Oct. 2, 2008, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Historical Society's New River Inn. Dr. Brenda C. Snipes, Broward County Supervisor of Elections, will speak at the event.
